We start with a simple conversation about your vision, budget, timeline, and property. If you don't already own land, we can help point you in the right direction. If you will be financing your home, get your pre-approved loan amount before design begins.

Finalize Pricing

Once the plans are complete, we'll provide a detailed proposal and construction agreement so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Build

Once financing is complete, construction begins. We'll manage every phase of the build and keep you updated along the way.

Design Your Home

Together, we'll create a home that fits your family's needs and style. During this stage, we'll finalize the floor plan and selections so we can put together an accurate proposal.

Secure Financing

Submit the construction agreement to your lender for loan approval. They'll guide you through the financing process and help make sure everything is in place for closing.

Welcome Home

After a final walkthrough and finishing touches, it's time to move into a home built just for you.
